About The Role
You will be working Monday to Friday 8am till 4pm as a Training Administrator for the blue collar (mining) industry and shut down shifts within the Mackay area, you will have an understanding of CBM/S11.

Day to Day Job Responsibilities
⢠Accommodation Bookings â BMA, Anglo, Generic Providers
⢠Training Bookings â Through RTOs, Site based training, Online Portal Training
⢠Medical Bookings â Coal Board Medicals bookings, follow up requests, uploading into client portals
⢠Recruitment â Data entry for new starters
⢠System Compliance â review and update personnel certs, authorizations, etc. and alert booking requirements to Operations teams
⢠Flight Bookings â booking of flight for FIFO staff

Required Skills
⢠Understanding of Mining company training / onboarding requirements
⢠Good communication skills
⢠Time management skills
⢠Sound computer skills, able to adapt to new systems
