About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking a Hire Controller to supply complete support supplying plant and equipment to the company through the professional delivery of a total plant hire solution and ensure the efficient operation of the company ' s plant cost, compliance, and forecasted demands.
- Planning and forecasting the requirements for company plant equipment
- Quoting and pricing
- Ensuring all plant equipment is up to primary standards
- COINS administration
- Ensuring invoices, procedures, and process with financial data are maintained and compliant.
- Customer service
- Site visits
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this role, the candidate will have:
- A level of IT proficiency which includes professional use and
communication by email using MS Outlook, intermediate
data entry and basic administration of MS Excel
- Understanding of general business processes relating to the
Plant Hire Industry and/or related functions such as dispatch,
commercial or construction.
- 5 years experience in a related role (e.g.: plant hire,
dispatch, commercial, construction, logistics, asset
- Undergo training in COINS
