Our AE Smith business has an opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager to join the team located in Brisbane, QLD. You will be responsible for managing a team of technicians to ensure the contract, project and client requirements are successfully met and delivered safely and within schedule and budget.

ABOUT YOU

• Demonstrable and successful management experience in a similar business environment
• Account management experience with a Mechanical HVAC or Electrical trade background
• An accomplished safety leader, excellent communicator and works collaboratively with key stakeholders /clients, peers and colleagues
• Experienced in contract management, planning, cost control and financial reporting.
• Ability to follow set procedures in a fast-paced multiple transaction environment against contractual KPIs
• Previous experience in the delivery of contract services where a mix of direct employees and subcontractors are engaged to complete works
