Complete field service welding, maintenance and repairs by use of electrical welding equipment, vehicles and assorted hand tools, as required by assignment from Field Service Leader or other supervisors.

Duties:

•Understand and practice company safety policies, procedures, and regulations.

•Read, speak, write and understand the English language.

•Execute fabrication and repairs per scope of work and/or drawings.

•Operate company vehicles and equipment in a safe, productive, and cost conscientious manor according to federal laws at all times

•Complete written paperwork including FLRA's, time cards, service reports, maintenance slips, and operational check lists.

•Take full ownership of assigned jobs. Go above and beyond to ensure total customer satisfaction.

•Build and Develop Relationships with customers and co-workers.

•Foster and portray a POSITIVE energy ready for whatever may come our way.

•Be willing to make decisions in the best interest of the company and our customers.

•Be a Courageous Leader in safety for yourself and others around you.

•Perform all shop duties per supervisor requests.

•Other duties as assigned.

Expectations:

•Availability for work Monday through Friday with the availability to work weekends when needed. Day shift or Night shift as required.

•Safety is always the highest priority. We must be leaders in performing tasks in a safe manner.

•Perform job tasks and duties in the most efficient way possible. Zero re-work.
