About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Specialist for Government approvals. This role will be based in Perth on a Monday to Friday roster, 40 hour week for a 12 month duration.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Superintendent Government Approvals
  
• Build effective relationships with approvals, project stakeholders and SMEs
  
• Provide strategic advice to studies and projects
  
• Prepare secondary approvals documents for submission to Regulatory agencies
  

Preferred Background / Industry Experience :

• A tertiary qualification in an environmental discipline or a related field
  
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to quickly develop positive relationships with stakeholders
  
• Proficient time management skills and ability to prioritise complex and ambiguous tasks
  
• Experience or understanding of ArcGIS software and Microsoft applications.
  
• Understanding of Part V of the Environmental Protection Act 1986 and the Mining Act 1978.
  
• Approximately 5 years of experience
