About the role

We are looking for Senior Contracts Advisor who will play a collaborative role in administering a diverse portfolio of site-based contracts across the Fixed Plant remit, with particular focus on the Capital Projects and Major Maintenance elements of our operation.
This role will be a great opportunity for a motivated individual to play a pivotal part in enabling the sustainable delivery of on-site works for capital projects and major maintenance activities. You will facilitate efficient and visible collaboration between site personnel and our Business Partners.
Reporting to the Superintendent NPI and Electrical, and working within a challenging and exciting environment, you will be:

- Effectively incorporating safety into our everyday work
- Interpreting the contracts, specifications, and pricing schedules to ensure services are delivered and charged correctly
- Responding to internal and external stakeholders regarding contractual issues and provide guidance and support through to resolution
- Foster a culture of inclusiveness, collaboration and accountability whilst supporting, coaching, mentoring, and nurturing an experienced team of CMS Supervisors
- Co-ordinate and implement effective vendor management practices for site-based activities that include ensuring qualifications and mobilization documentation meets site standards
- Support the day-to-day scheduling activities for the CMS Supervisor team while being actively involved in the forward planning of resources to ensure safe and successful delivery of capital projects and major maintenance activities
- Ensure the building and strengthening of working relationships with team members and key stakeholders to foster a culture of shared knowledge and common processes
What you'll bring
- Tertiary qualifications in commerce/business/accounting or contract management
- Problem solving, strategic and analytical capability
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage expectations
- Proven ability to mentor and support CMS Supervisors and diverse teams with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Where you'll be working
Tom Price is located in the central Pilbara, west of Karijini National Park and is our original Pilbara mine, currently employing residential and fly in fly out employees.
