Join our National Fleet team, providing exceptional administration support to the feet procurement team.

Relationships build success and we are looking for our next relationship builder to join our fleet management team, as a Finance Fleet Coordinator.

About the role

Based from the Downer Manchester Place, Hamilton office you will be joining our National Fleet support team for a fixed 12 month term.

With a customer service focus, you'll ensure all relationships, internally and externally are maintained and enhanced by offering clear and concise information as required, whilst providing accurate and timely information, analysis and recommendations to support good decision making.

You will be jointly responsible for the effective management of delivery of new assets including but not limited to:
  • Data input and output
  • GPS/Telematics data maintenance
  • Fuel card data maintenance
  • Data analysis, data integrity, data aggregation and data input and output

This is a Full Time, 12 month permanent opportunity, working standard business hours Monday - Friday. There is potential to offer flexible work arrangements.

About you

With your administration and customer service experience, along with sound computer skills you'll be incredibly adaptable with regards to your communication skills as you liaise between internal customers and suppliers.

You will have refined planning and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. The ability to problem solve and confidently make decisions will grab the trust of your colleagues quickly.
