About Our Client
Our Client is a commercial trade services company providing reactive and preventative maintenance for high profile commercial organizations such as ANZ, Macquarie Bank, Apple, QBE, Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield, JLL, CBA and CBRE.
Our Client directly employs a variety of tradesmen and women, including electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painters, tilers and cabinet makers, their licensed for a vast variety of works including building, electrical, carpentry, gas fitting and plumbing.
About The Role
The very key to Our Client's product and service our Electrical Maintenance Technicians are our on-site staff utilizing their skills and experience to deliver exceptional work and craftsmanship, all whilst maintaining Our Clients prestige service and professionalism to assist in achieving the Company's overall strategic objectives.
The role of an Electrical Maintenance Technician is to perform with all aspects of maintenance works, to coordinate and complete all assigned works to the best of their ability, conduct site walkthroughs, in a safe and timely manner and complete the administration of all assigned works.
The role also includes effective leadership to fellow employees, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that objectives and KPI's are met.
You will drive consistent quality outcomes that maximize Our Clients reputation and financial outcomes.
Qualifications
??? Supervisor Electrician Licence / Contractor Electrician Licence
??? Electrical Trade Qualification and Licence
??? Safety Card (White card)
??? Hold a valid Driver's Licence
??? Commercial electrical maintenance experience
??? Be able to provide a satisfactory Australian Federal Police Clearance
??? Hold either an Australian citizenship or a permanent resident visa status
