Purpose.
This role will oversee parts of the contract management cycle, specifically managing the REPSE Documentation compliance, new and existing vendor master data adherence month over month as well as risk management with payment releases, document control and vendor manpower and camp / site access and KPI compliance. Team will also conduct market research for vendor and raw materials monitoring.

Responsibilities.
- Monitoring of REPSE Tool compliance for set vendors
- Interaction with vendors for compliance reasons
- Manages Vendor MDM & compliance
- Management of vendor on site footprint reporting
- Management of SRM and SRiM schedules
- Document control of various committees, contracts, KPIs and reporting needs
- Reviews and issues request for bids / request for quotes based on site requirements
- Manages requisition queues, PO's and service orders (including but not limited to updating delivery, expediting, and resolving issues)

- Responsible for conduction Ad Hoc internal SCM audit program across SCM (savings register, contract register, inventory control, etc.)
Requirements.
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Analytical tools (Tableau, MS Access, Shibumi, etc)
- Experience with financial, inventory, and SAP Modules
Experience.
- 5-10 Years Supply Chain Experience
- Knowledge of purchasing practices and procedures
- Knowledge of Inventory Management Policy
- Knowledge of materials, products, and the commodity market
- Knowledge of regional and national influences on product and vendor market
- Knowledge of foreign language (If any) applicable to site location
- Knowledge of technical requirements
- Skilled in solving problems
- Skilled in both verbal and written communication
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Strong Health, Safety and Environmental background
Professional Education.
- University Degree or Diploma or Equivalent (Business, Logistics, Supply Chain management, etc.)
- One or more of: NAPM, APICS(CSCP), PMAC and/or SCMP or local regional / national certifications preferred
