About the Role:
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant for a 6-month contract based in Perth. This role will work a Monday to Friday roster and will be responsible for all aspect of administration in the clientâs rail and engineering department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Arrange Registrable Plant inspections and audits by 3rd party vendors
  • Liaise with RSM for follow-up actions
  • Maintain Registrable Plant database and liaise with Master Data team for SAP uploads
About You:
  • Role would be suitable for someone who has background or industry experience in Mining, Rail, Oil and Gas or other heavy industries
  • Role would be suitable for someone who has background or industry experience in document controlling, OHS administration or project administration wanting to broaden experience
  • High level of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)
  • High level of administration and organisation skills
  • High level of communication, verbal and email
  • Positive and solutions focused
  • Consultive and collaborative
  • Organised and structured
  • Outgoing and engaging
  • Current âC❠class driversâ licence
  • Full working rights in Australia
