Hatch is currently seeking a Project Support Coordinator to join our Projects team. You are a team player, yet an independent thinker, comfortable with sharing and accepting ideas in an open manner. You are a hard worker, able to take on demanding and time-constrained tasks. This is an exciting time of growth across our business and there will be an opportunity to further accelerate your career as you actively and successfully work with others to contribute to the growth of the practice and the wider Hatch communities of practice.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide high level administrative support to various digital projects
  • Assist with various reporting requirements, proposal preparation and compilation
  • Ensure project Management Systems are maintained with up to date Project Information
  • Documentproject checkpoints and change orders where appropriate
  • Execute travel requirements as requested by Project Managers
  • Ensure high quality documentation outputs and overall customer service delivery


What you bring to the role:

Your excellent Project Administration and Coordination skills along and experience with portfolio/program/project reporting. This, combined with your exceptional stakeholder management skills and high attention to detail will lead to your success in this role. You have an advanced working knowledge of theMicrosoft Office suite and an apptitude for systems. You are proactive, take initative and are a team player.
