WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Officer for our global client. This role will include both working from home and from the office options, with offices located in Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support of payroll for the clients employees within the relevant region, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the client and legislative requirements.
Duties include:
- Provide daily customer facing support and stakeholder management, with analysis of legislation and provide correct and relevant advice
- Process offline payroll data and processes
- Provide leave management advice and compliance
- Manage Service Now queries related to payroll
- Conduct payroll GL reconciliation and payment of invoices
- Execute payroll input and or management of external service providers
- Execute end of year processes and reporting
- Supports compliance to legislation and reporting as required.
- 3+ years experience working in Payroll
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel are a must
- Demonstrated fundamental Payroll knowledge
- Strong analytical skills
- High numeracy and literacy skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Right to work in Australia
