About the role:

We have a variety of exciting projects in the pipeline and are on the hunt for a Foreperson to lead our growing team in Christchurch.

Ultimately, you will be a part of a motivated team that designs, builds, and maintains 25,000 kms worth of roads in Aotearoa. About you:

• You will have demonstrated experience in a similar position within the civil construction industry
• Ideally you will have general Civil Construction experience with a good base knowledge of Civil Infrastructure with a focus on, roading and drainage infrastructure.
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor a team with a "continual improvement" philosophy
• You will be agile and confident with dealing with unexpected events
• You will have excellent communication skills
• You will champion zero harm and lead a crew who stands firm with this philosophy
