Job Description
Collaborating with the Integration Lead, Integration Services, Integration Operations Analyst focuses on Integrations Operations and Production support.
The incumbent would be working with a suite of Integrations that connect different systems across Teck in different domains (Health and Safety, HR, Finance, Enterprise Asset Management, etc.).
This position requires knowledge of the organization's domain and technical implementation of integrated capabilities in order to improve, triage, solve and resolve production defects, or promote issues to Integration Leads for resolution.

The incumbent would be working with a suite of Integrations that connect different systems across Teck in different domains (Health and Safety, HR, Finance, Enterprise Asset Management, etc.).
This position requires knowledge of the organization's domain and technical implementation of integrated capabilities in order to improve, triage, solve and resolve production defects, or promote issues to Integration Leads for resolution.
Key Accountabilities:
- Diagnose and repair issues related to integrations development, deployment, and operations
- Provide help with supporting existing solutions (from operational perspective), modernization efforts
- Ensure that the goals of quality, performance, security, resilience, cost optimization, and operational efficiency are an integral part of operational support
- Maintain and improve integration solutions in alignment with DevOps capabilities for API led Integrations pattern
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement of operations practices and quality controls
- Assist with the improvement of the development standards and processes
- As the need arises, support the Lead in requirement gathering to ensure the end-to-end business process is covered
- Implement and ensure architectural principles and development standards are being followed
- Stay ahead of changes in integration technologies and provide recommendations as appropriate
- Ensure the design and implementation meet sustainment standards and requirements
- Verify and secure the design to ensure outcomes meet exacting standards
- Maintain design and product meets exacting security standards
- Maintain the interface registries, service catalogs and as-is architectures as needed
- Build technical, administrative and support documentation for integration solutions
- Conduct integration testing as applicable
- Review test scenarios and provide guidance for test automation team
Key Proficiencies
- Understanding of the business domain(s) and concepts
- Understanding of different business applications to support related integrations
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on severity level and business impact
- Experience with MuleSoft integration platform (3-5 years)
- Experience in applications operations and middleware support (3+ years)
- Solid grasp of DevOps capabilities and dev practices – source control, branching strategies, CI/CD
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work multi-functionally with other team members and other teams within Digital Systems
- Self-starter with ability to lead processes
