In partnership with Our Client, WorkPac is now hiring multiple Production Digger/Dozer Operators to join the team. Working here you will have access to great rates of pay, culture and job security with the option for permanent employment with WorkPac. You will be transitioning into working within an Autonomous Haulage environment and will be trained to the correct level. Once competent, you will also be uplifted financially rewarded with an AH Allowance! This role is suitable for local candidates to the Moranbah/Bowen Basin region as well as Operators within the South East Queensland corner.
ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is Australia's largest producer and supplier of seaborne metallurgical coal. They operate seven Bowen Basin mine sites with roles available across the operations with local, DIDO and FIFO opportunities available.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Bring your prior experience operating Production Diggers and Dozers to the next level and upskill to work within AH environments. You will be an experienced Operator, with the ability to operate equipment such as Hitachi 3600/5600 or CAT 6040/6060 or equivalent. Dozer experience operating CAT D10/11 will also be highly regarded within production or Dozer Push. You will be working 12.5 hour shifts on a 7/7 rotating roster. These are ongoing roles and are available for residential and DIDO/BIBO/(Self-Funded) FIFO candidates. Camp and meals with leading facilities provided.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Previous mining experience operating Excavators (Hitachi 3600/5600 or CAT 6040/6060) and or Dozer (D10/11) within a Coal Mining setting
  
• You will need to have obtained a Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical within last 2 years or be willing to attain this.
  
• Signed skills list, Current Drivers Licence & right to work in Australia
