Process Control Engineer - Mine - 4/2 FIFO

CSG Talent are currently seeking a Process Controls Engineer to join the Operations Team in the mine in Africa to work for the innovative global mining company.

This if FIFO expat role in West Africa + very attractive $$ pay and good roster 4 weeks on and 2 weeks off

Job purpose

Lead the section team to ensure all work is carried out in a safe, structured, agreed and timely manner. Ensure absolute compliance with legal requirements and company objectives. Provide direct supervision and instruction to the Development Supervisors, act as a coach and role model; create learning opportunities and provide ongoing performance feedback to ensure continuous and measurable improvement of their knowledge, skills and relationship interactions. Responsibility for identifying, escalating and managing impediments and developing issues to ensure delivery of work plans are achieved. Responsibility for enabling value.

French and English speaker would be very welcome

Formal Qualifications

* Relevant tertiary qualification in the process control function Experience, Skills and Knowledge

* Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Process Control Engineer or equivalent

* Experience with Eurotherm Plc, Citect and Wonderware SCADA.

* Experience in instrumentation and Control System on mining field will be an advantage (crusher, milling, roaster/burner systems)
