Vacation Student opportunity: Build the extraordinary, every day
TheHatch Vacation Student Programprovides the opportunity to work on real projects and gain practical industry skills. We will help you through the transition, bridging the gap between your education and career.
As part of theEnvironmental Services Group (ESG)team, supporting the wider Hatch business in Australia. You will be working alongside a team whom can provide mentoring and development opportunities. You will support the delivery of projects across a range of sectors including resources, infrastructure and energy, delivering a wide variety of environmental assessment, management and sustainability projects.
Our Professional Development Program
As a Vacation Student with Hatch, you will build professional relationships with renowned experts, and champion great initiatives for reputable, well-known clients. You will belong to a company that fosters career growth, encourages continuous improvement and is pioneering in nature.

You will be working towardsbachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with a strong academic record.Candidates will haveexceptional communication and interpersonal skills and will be collaborators with the ability to think laterally and innovatively to solve problems. You will also have an interest in exploring a future with a global consulting company and are committed to creating positive change.
The 12-week full-time program commences on 21 November 2022.
