Our Operational Assurance team within Facilities and Asset Services has an opportunity for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join the team. Reporting to the Lead Quality, you will support the Facilities and Asset Services business in maintaining accreditations, updates and business system improvements, the identification of risks and their management with a continual improvement focus.

ABOUT YOU

• An experienced Quality Officer with a solid background in management of business systems and quality assurance within BOTH hard and soft Facility Management industry.
• Demonstrated experienced in Quality, Risk and Compliance controls and mitigation strategies.
• Qualification and experience in Auditing (Lead Auditor).
• Experience in detailed investigations relating to technical issues with an eye for concise accurate reporting.
• Technically savvy particularly with Microsoft application including SharePoint / Power BI etc.
• High attention to detail, effective time management and organisational skills with the ability to evaluate information and identify key issues.
• Good working relations at all levels of business management with ability to work across business sectors.
• An excellent communicator who has a can-do attitude, is motivated and uses their initiative to deliver.
