About the Role:
WorkPac are currently seeking a Capability Development Advisor for a 4 - 6-month contract with the view for extension or permanency. This role will work a Monday to Friday roster based in Perth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Planning, coordinating and facilitating annual learning needs analysis workshops through understanding the wider business context, influencing and stakeholder engagement
  • Executing capability development reviews, providing insights and analytics
  • Providing analytical input for On-the-Job Trainer (OJT) development, including capability,
    quality, resource levelling and the annual workforce planning process
    Engaging new Superintendents, Managers and GMs on the L&D framework systems and priority deliverables
    Coaching and supporting our OJTs
    Partnering with the business to understand its strategic plans/priorities and guide key stakeholders through the efficient development of new learning assets
    Identifying opportunities for development and rationalisation of systems and the adoption of a common / consistent approach to learning.
About You:
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Essential)
  • Experience in engaging with key stakeholders to undertake high quality learning needs analysis based on business objectives
  • Experience in the application of adult learning principals as well as a willingness to be open to changing learning and development techniques including the use of technology
  • Experience in presenting, facilitating, coaching and developing to achieve operational capability outcomes.
  • The capability to engage and influence at all levels of business along with managing projects from inception to execution within targeted timeframes.
  • Business acumen, experience in data analysis and providing insights with a strong attention to detail
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a strong focus on high quality business outcomes and able to respond positively to change.
  • Current C Class driver s license (manual)
  • Full working rights in Australia
