Position summary
We have a great opportunity for a Driver Capability Trainer based on the northern beaches of Sydney on an ongoing casual contract! Reporting into the Head of HR/IR, you will be responsible for conducting training and assessments of Bus Operator applicants, new recruits and existing staff in all aspects of bus operating against required competency and licensing criteria.

ABOUT YOU:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Qualified as a Driving instructor / Assessor with RMS
- Certificate III in Driving Operations (Bus) or equivalent
- Hold an MR (medium rigid) license or higher
- At least 5 years' experience as a bus operator preferred
- Experience leading a team
