We are looking to appoint a Contract Administrator to join our Road Infrastructure team. In this role, you will be an integral part of the Legal and Commercial team to assist with the day to day contract administration and commercial support for all projects and business functions in our Road Services business.
About you:
Ideally you will have experience as a Contracts Administrator or Quantity Surveyor in the Civil sector however, we are also open to engineers (of varying experience levels, ranging from junior to more experienced) who have an interest in developing a career within the commercial space. About you:

- Degree qualified in Engineering, Law, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent on the job experience
- Sound understanding of contract terms and conditions, alongside a familiarity with the commercial and legal issues impacting business and the delivery of projects
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Negotiation and influencing skills to achieve desired outcome
- Developed analytical and planning/prioritisation skills
