YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:

Based at the Corporate Office in Toronto, ON, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a SAP Audit, Security & Basis Analyst to join our Business Intelligence division.

The SAP Audit, Security & Basis Analyst will primarily be responsible for creating, updating, and assigning SAP authorizations based on IAG for both SAPGui and FIORI tiles. They will also be responsible for both the internal and external SAP audit ensuring Kirkland Lake Gold adheres to SOX controls. This role will also provide Basis support.

• SAP User Access (creation, deactivation, role assignment) using IAG;
• Develop role and configuration of authorization objects for various modules (MM, PM, HR, FI) based on both SAPGui transactions and FIORI tiles;
• Monitoring and resolution of CPI issues;
• Change Management Coordinator for all Transports;
• License Audit;
• Monthly and Semi-Annual SOX controls for all SAP environments;
• Coordinator of system upgrades.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• 2-4 years of SAP Security implementation and support experience;
• IAG knowledge;
• Knowledge on SAML, SSO;
• Knowledge on BTP, CPI;
• Knowledge of SOX compliance;
• Mining experience preferred;
• Knowledgeable in the interdependencies and integration points between SAP modules (HR, FI/CO, PM/MM);
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, good communication skills and follow through ability;
• Experience in S4/HANA.
