YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:

The Human Resources System Analyst will primarily be responsible for managing incidents and will be the first line of support for the user community. Training of end users will be required.

The Human Resources System will be responsible for creating, updating, and assigning SuccessFactors (Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll) and WorkForce authorizations. They will also be responsible for both the internal and external SuccessFactors audit ensuring Agnico Eagle adheres to SOX controls.

This will take a solid understanding of SuccessFactors, understanding integration points and knowledge of our business processes. The position requires effective communication and organizational skills.

The role will provide ongoing support, drives continuous improvements, play a key role for upgrades, and work on design and implementations of new projects as required.
  • End user support for Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Global Benefits, Employee Central Payroll, LMS and WorkForce;
  • Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll and WorkForce User Access (creation, deactivation, role assignment);
  • Develop role and configuration of authorization objects for Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll and WorkForce;
  • Change Management Coordinator for all Transports;
  • Monthly and Semi-Annual SOX controls for all SuccessFactors & WorkForce environments;
  • Training of end users;
  • Creation of ad-hoc reports upon request;
  • Coordinator of system upgrades and refreshes.


WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 2 years of SuccessFactors and WorkForce software end user support;
  • 2 years of SuccessFactors and WorkForce Security implementation and support experience;
  • Knowledge of SOX compliance;
  • Knowledgeable in the interdependencies and integration points between the various SuccessFactors modules and WorkForce;
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, good communication skills and follow through ability.
