The Opportunity:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Health, Safety & Environment Systems Administrator to join our Vancouver Regional Office. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for HSE Systems and participate in departmental planning.

Data Analysis and Management:

• Provide administrative support to CHESS, CCM Oneview and BI Analytics.
• New user setup / modifications to existing users for CHESS, CCM, Oneview and BI Analytics
• Support / Administrative input of safety data and safety reporting as required.
• Support the pro-active analysis of safety performance.
• Support the close out CHESS incidents and actions within the required timeframe.
• Develop dash boards and analytical reports for Safety related metrics (Incidents, Injuries, Montoring Data).
• Administer the Regional HSE & Permitting Teams page.

Technical:

• Administer the entry of new users in CHESS, CCM and other HSE platforms
• Support the delivery of system training
• Support entry of information into HSE systems

About You:
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated skills with respect to System Administration, Training.
  • Experience building operational, regional, and cross-department relationships, including with contractors and consultants.
  • Inquisitive personality, willing to ask questions and learn new areas, processes and programs of work.
  • Flexible and adaptable to frequently changing priorities and site needs, an upbeat "roll with the punches" attitude.
  • Experience in mining or a related/similar industry would be an asset.
