Hatch is currently seeking an IT Service Desk Intern for our Pittsburgh, PAoffice.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide IT Support to Hatch Employees including
  • Hardware Support for Desktop PC's
  • Software Support for Desktop PC's
  • Rebuilding and Reconfiguration of PC’s
  • Application Support for MS Office Suite
  • Operate Help Desk and provide over the phone support

Qualifications:
  • Recently completed or currently pursuing anAssociates of Science Degree inComputer Technology, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related disciplines
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair all forms of PC related problems
  • Well-developed communication both written and oral skills
  • Ability to function well in a team environment
  • Strong customer focus
  • Willingness to learn and undertake formal qualifications
  • Good people/negotiation skills
  • Any Microsoft Certification
  • A+ Certification
  • Any previous experience with Computer Support or Administration
  • Customer related skills experience
