About
Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, the successful individual will be responsible for overhauling, troubleshooting and finding faults with 3500 and C175 engines. This work will be completed in a collaborative, team environment with a strong focus on safety.

Roster: Monday to Friday, 2 Weeks Day Shift, 2 Weeks Night Shift Roster (10.50 hours per day), with the requirement to work 1 Saturday per month.

To be successful the following is required:

• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate (Light Vehicle Mechanics, Truck, Bus or Agriculture Mechanics)
• High Risk Work Licence (Forklift preferred, Dogging essential)
• Caterpillar Dealership and engine overhaul experience - highly advantageous
• Advanced troubleshooting and fault finding skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Previous use of safety and risk assessment tools such as Job Safety Analysis and Take 5's
