L'arrêté du ministère du Pétrole, de l'Énergie et des Mines du 12 janvier 2022 a alloué à la société (36) mois pour effectuer des travaux d'exploration sur ses deux permis, Imkebde et Tmemichat.
Description du poste
Assist to lead the drilling and field operations on the Exploration Department's overall strategy by insure the respect of all safety and QAQC procedure. Monitor all exploration expense and logistic issues. Coordinate with contractors to increase the company and employee satisfaction, ensuring set KPIs are met or addressed.

Includes but not limited to: • Execute short-term strategies and plans that support drilling operations of SENISA exploration and ensure they are aligned to Exploration's overall strategy. • Oversee contractors to ensure work is completed safely and to required standards. • Oversee drilling operations to ensure they are following what is planned and respect the legislation. • Oversee drilling operations, monitoring and liaising with contractors on set KPIs. • Ensure that his team and contractor respect all SENISA HSE procedures. • Ensure all data obtained on field is reviewed and assessed prior to entry into the data base and maintain all identified Data. • Manage the human and operational resources for his team and coordinate with contractors. • Assist with planning and managing the exploration budgeting. • Lead the team to bring new ideas to increase production safely and reduce costs. • Ensure that all logistic tasks are ready for drilling campaign and coordinate with other departments and/or contractors for required support services. • Accountable for performance management of reports including coaching, mentoring and periodic performance reviews.
Études et expérience
Mandatory skills and requirements for this position: • At least 8 years of relevant work experience in Exploration Drilling Operations. • Previous leadership experience and management around drilling operations. • Interpersonal and mentoring skill is required. • Well-developed technical report writing and presentation skills. • Very strong communications skills. • Team player with a strong inclination towards developing co-operative solutions • Database management skills, understanding of QA/QC protocols and procedures that meet industry standards. • Knowledge of drilling techniques and ability to managing multiple drills in a drilling campaign. • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English and French.
Desirable Skill, Knowledge, Training, and Experience: • A university bachelor's degree relevant to the mining or exploration industry • Or a formal professional or technical designation in appropriate area of expertise. • Ability to function within the qualifications outlined in the attached physical demands sheets. • A thorough understanding of administration and logistic tasks related to drilling. • Acquire is preferred as databse software, as well as various other softwares including Micromine, Leapfrog, ArcGIS, Mapinfo.
