Fluor’s Mining and Metals team is looking for an experienced Senior Document Controller to support multiple major projects in Fluor’s Perth Office.

Scope of Duties

Provide document control services in accordance with Fluor procedures and client requirements.
Provide overall document control support to engineering and project management such as detailed reports, advice on revision and records control and maintenance
Coordinating with client on a day to day basis to process, receive, issue, record and report on all related documentation in a timely manner
Maintain effective communication and liaise with project team to ensure document controls systems are followed
Tracking and management of multiple engineering fronts with high turnover of documentation
Register and maintain documents within Fluor’s Document Management System - Coreworx and the Clients - Aconex
Quality check documents comply with procedures, policies and standards for accuracy and timeliness
Adhere to all applicable Fluor policies and procedures including Human Resource, Health Safety & Environment and Business Conduct & Ethics
Candidate will have:

Minimum 5 years’ experience working within the engineering and construction sector, in a Senior Document Control role.
Previous experience in providing high volume of project document control to an engineering, construction or projects team is essential
Strong attention to detail.
Exceptional communications skills and ability to multitask
Great interpersonal skills and able to work as part of team
Aconex experience
