Team Leader/ Supervisor
Our client is seeking 4x supervisors to join their team based in Thornton. You will be managing a crew of 5-10 people each day. Within this role you are responsible for the results of your team, and this means getting involved and understanding the day-to-day operation.
You will also be liaising with the Production and Operations Manager to provide direction and support to workers so as to achieve set goals and maximise profit and efficiency.
About the role:
You will be working with a company that has a great team culture.
This is a Monday to Friday role, with the possibility of Saturday as required.
If you are the right fit, you will have the opportunity to go permanent with our client.

- Willingness to learn and lead
- Undertake random Drug and Alcohol Test
- Willing to complete company training & Inductions
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Comply with WHS regulations on site.
- Previous experience being a team leader / leading hand / supervisor position.
- Motivate and lead others by example.
- Organised.
- Trouble shooting / problem solving skills.
- Dynamic thinkers can assign tasks to their team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Forklift ticket is a must.
