Position Overview

The Document Control Manager will support and assist the Kiewit Infrastructure Engineers with the management of engineering documents in accordance with government/company regulations for various permanent design projects.

Our team performs and manages the design on infrastructure projects of all sizes throughout the company. Our staff collaborates with and leads design and construction teams to ensure safe, cost-effective, and innovative designs that achieve client expectations and further Kiewit's legacy of excellence.

This position is based out of Lone Tree, CO or Omaha, NE

Responsibilities

  • The Document Control Manager will support and assist the management of engineering documents in accordance with government regulations and company procedures on various projects.
  • Interfaces with Project Engineers, Project Engineering Managers, Procurement, Quality and Completions staff; works with project teams to recommend document management plans.
  • Collaborates with counterparts in other districts on best practices, lessons learned and training opportunities.
  • Communicates the District/Department needs for development opportunities to KTG.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information management, information technology, data management, or computer information systems is preferred, though not required.
  • 10+ years' experience, requires advanced knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience.
  • Document Controls experience on large infrastructure/transportation projects is preferred
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Detail oriented with effective organization and coordination skills

Base Compensation: $87,975 - $131,963
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
