Position summary
Keolis Downer is seeking a Payroll Officer on a full time fixed term basis of 6 months based in Brookvale, Northern Beaches of Sydney. Reporting into the Payroll Manager, you will provide system maintenance and complex and specialised payroll functions for employees to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and associated reporting.
ABOUT YOU:

• Qualifications in finance or demonstratable equivalent experience
• Knowledge & Experience
• Minimum of 2 to 3 year experience working as a Payroll Officer within a large and complex organisation.
• Demonstrated experience in the provision of high-quality payroll services.
• Payroll Reconciliations, End Of Month and End Of Year experience.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and direct banking facilities.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven experience in face to face customer service or information provision in a customer centric payroll environment.
