About the role
Reporting to the Training Superintendent, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to scope, design and produce digital learning materials in an innovative and cost effective manner.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop a digital learning strategy underpinned by best practice and blended learning principles.
- Identify opportunities to implement digital learning solutions to support strategic objectives and business requirements.
- Modernise and improve learning and development through the introduction of innovative digital learning solutions.
- Scope, identify and implement creative and cost effective digital learning solutions.
- Transfer the content of classroom based training into an engaging and user friendly e-learning format.
- Integrate classroom and digital learning methodologies to create an effective blended learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with the training team and IMC operations to produce high quality business outcomes and ensure compliance is achieved and maintained
- Prepare and present digital learning reports.
About you
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment is desirable.
- Highly skilled in design, development and implementation of digital learning solutions.
- Significant experience in Digital design (i.e. Captivate, Articulate, SuccessFactors).
- Proven ability in recording and editing of video and voice-overs.
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork whilst working toward common goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present information in an engaging and effective manner, across all levels of the organisation
- Superior communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
About Illawarra Metallurgical Coal
Illawarra Metallurgical Coal is a long term and leading coking coal supplier which operates two underground metallurgical coal mines, two coal preparation plants and a logistics chain.
Location
This position will be based at the Illawarra Metallurgical Coal Office in Wollongong, located approximately 75 kilometres south of Sydney.
