Senior Advisor Brand and Digital Communication

The Opportunity

We are recruiting a Senior Advisor Brand and Digital Communication and is a great opportunity to help design & execute brand digital media campaigns aligned with business goals. Reporting into the Corporate Communications Manager you will:

* Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, social media, press releases and podcasts)

* Initiate brand & digital communications and campaigns on social media & other digital channels to increase to maintain a strong online company voice through social media

* Manage end-to-end digital projects

* Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness, SEO & web advertising

* Liaise with stakeholders to ensure brand consistency

* Monitor ROI and KPIs

* Regularly monitoring and advising on social media requirements

* Supports the Jadar communications team in the planning, preparation and coordination of events, meetings and workshops.

* Provides project support, including monitoring and reporting, proactively and consistently managing stakeholder expectations, including managing external partners and suppliers when possible,

* Supports colleagues within the sector for relations with communications, researches and prepares materials including short presentations and publications.

* Provides general support to the team in ensuring effective achievement of goals,

* Work with other functions on efficient use of communication channels and implementation of external media and communication strategy

What you will need for this role

To succeed in this role, you will have:

* BSc degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant field

* Knowledge of SEO & Google Analytics

* Experience with marketing campaigns and social media

* Some familiarity with web design and content management systems

* Proven work experience in communication, marketing and knowledge in digital media specialist

* Hands on experience with web content management tools

* Proficiency in MS office

* Experience with visual communication principles

* An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Good presentational skills

* Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus

Relevant Experience:

* Minimum 4-5 years of experience working in a brand/reputation/communications role in Serbia

* Previous experience working within a multinational company is highly desirable, including experience working in a highly matrixed organization

* Ability to understand and develop a business case, inputs and key drivers

* Experience in working within a productive team culture

* Excellent communication skills, punctuality, responsibility, persistance and drive for excellence

* Proactiveness and self-management

* Excellent writing and oral knowledge of working English
