We are seeking an engaging, safety focused Senior Planner to lead our Tom Price team accountable for safely maintaining our fixed plant assets through effective preparation and delivery of maintenance planning and scheduling.

You will partner with operational and other key stakeholders to provide efficient maintenance planning and productivity solutions and ensuring best practice work management processes are understood and adhered to.

Reporting to the Superintendent Fixed Plant Planning working in a challenging and exciting environment within the Asset Management & Engineering Services, you will bring:
  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • Experience in fixed plant Shutdowns and Shutdown Scheduling
  • Leadership experience and confidence in leading, developing, and coaching team members
  • Demonstrated ability in meeting targets and bringing the team on a journey of continuous development
  • Well-developed stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated complex problem-solving abilities to deliver solutions across an operation
  • Experience and understanding of fixed plant maintenance planning and Work management (desirable)
  • Experience in preparing annual budgets and costs management
  • A current WA Driver's license

Where you'll be working

Tom Price is in the central Pilbara, west of Karijini National Park and is our original Pilbara mine, currently employing residential and fly in fly out employees. It is known as one of the most attractive towns in the Pilbara with a high school, two primary schools a hospital and a high standard of recreational facilities.
