Benefits and Payroll Coordinator - Denver, CO/ Remote Hybrid,

SRK Consulting is an independent, international consulting practice, providing globally integrated consulting services to the international mining and metals sector.

We are seeking a Benefits and Payroll Coordinator.

Description of Responsibilities:

• Ensure that employees are paid timely and accurately
• Processes timesheets on a regular basis
• Process benefit enrollments, changes, and cancellations
• Ensure that the appropriate benefit deductions are reflected correctly in the payroll system
• Conduct benefits reconciliation on a monthly basis
• Other HR administrative tasks as assigned
• Provide excellent customer service by answering employee questions in a timely fashion
• Make recommendations to streamline existing processes and improve work efficiency
• Help ensure compliance with all company, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

Essential Requirements:

• 4-year degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 1-year general payroll experience
• Minimum 2-year benefits experience
• Proficient in Excel
• Effective planning, organization and time management skills and experience
• Attention to detail; must process things accurately in a timely fashion
• Comfortability with a changing work environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to use discretion and maintain strict confidentiality

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Experience managing multi-state payroll
• Experience with Microsoft D365

Annual Salary Range: - $50,000-$65,000
