About the role:

Keolis Downer are looking for a hard working Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join our Maintenance team in the Northern Beaches! As a Motor Mechanic for Keolis Downer, you will work as part of team providing:

• Maintenance of and repairs to all vehicle mechanical and electrical systems including drive, and drive-line, steering, suspension, braking, air, hydraulic, computerised and other associated systems.
• A range of mechanical, testing and fabricating in order to undertake vehicle maintenance such as, diagnostic computers/tools, multimeters, mig, oxy acetylene welding, lifting and materials handling, materials manufacturing, various hand tools.
• On-road vehicle and fleet support as well as undertaking planned and corrective fleet maintenance.

Role Requirements:

• Motor Vehicle Tradespersons Certificate (Motor Mechanic)
• Heavy vehicle and systems experience desired but not essential, product training and support provided
• MR or HR drivers license (Don't have one? We will help you upgrade your license)
• Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical check, criminal history check and working with children check.
