THE ROLE:
Due to the continued growth of the business, we are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to develop and manage staff / resources providing overhead services and operational activities to achieve Safety, Quality & Environmental requirements, Business Unit revenue/profit targets, superior customer service, contract KPI's, schedules & compliance.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for the technical aspects and work pack delivery throughout the project lifecycle. The role manages all technical resource requirements for safe Contract's delivery, compliance and provide mentoring and development of teams.

ABOUT YOU
- 5yrs plus Supervisory Experience
- Electrical or Linesman certificate and a background in the energy supply industry highly regarded.
- The ability to travel to sites throughout Sydney, Newcastle & Central Coast.
- Proven experience in understanding and applying safe working practices or Risk and Hazard Identification.
- Exposure to developing, understanding, and applying Contract Management Plans and Safe Working Method Statements.
