The role of IT support is to be the first line of support to the business. This involves having excellent knowledge of all Microsoft packages including Windows 10 & 11, O365, Active Directory, Windows Endpoint Manager, Windows Server as well as many other aspects of Window's management. The ability to troubleshoot and offer resolution within the MS environment is essential.

You will also:

• Be comfortable with MDM, hardware set up and configuration, application and portal troubleshooting and a strong understanding of LAN & Network configuration.
• Have useful skills such as SQL, Linux and cyber security knowledge would be beneficial.

Most of the issues you will approach will be Windows based so the main focus will be on managing this environment.

The team will also be focused on building and maintaining hardware for the business.
