    About the Role:
    WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Specialist in Learning Technology for a 12-month duration. This role is suitable for an experienced professional that has experience working with technology and data within a Capability development team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and partner with CD Site Leaders to ensure progression of the various internal strategies.
  • Partner with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Troubleshoot system and devices poor performance, work with stakeholders to rectify and ensure all parties are informed of progress and result
  • Oversee the quality assurance process, with particular focus on the maintenance of web-based training modules through adhoc and scheduled maintenance processes
  • Oversee budget requirements for expenses relating to technology
  • Maintain internal project management tracker tools
  • Maintain various internal platforms including Power BI, SharePoint, PowerApps, List etc
  • Engage in regular team meetings to provide input, project updates and feedback that will add value to the team
  • Provide advice and support to site Capability Development teams as well as operational leaders on training resources and systems
    About You:
  • Understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) including; SAP LSO (Prospect) and CSOD (Cornerstone on Demand)
  • Experience in project management and ability to work across multiple projects
  • Strong attention to detail for all project work
  • Proficient ability in maintaining SharePoint Pages
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of Power BI dashboards relating to Capability Development data
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills with the ability to relate to and present at all levels
  • The ability to build strong relationships, influence decisions and have a true impact on outcomes
  • Ability to create and maintain PowerApps (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience developing eLearning courses using the Articulate 360 suite (desirable but not essential)
  • Current Manual C Class Australian Licence
  • Full Working Rights in Australia
