Manager Asset and Engineering

CSG Talent are seeking a start-up experienced and motivated Asset Maintenance & Engineering Manager for the project moving into production stage in 2023.

Reporting to General Manager Operations, you will develop and execute a detailed overarching Asset Management Plan within budgeted costs to help the company at the start-up of their flagship site in WA. This role will develop in the future as the company also advance with their Australian and international operations.

A strong background in leadership, start-up and continually improving fixed plant asset performance will ensure your success in this challenging and highly rewarding senior site-based management appointment.

This is 8/6 roster from Perth + a very competitive package is available.

About you

* Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil or Electrical)
* Demonstrated experience in strategic asset management and understanding of asset risk as applied to maintenance decisions
* Experience in senior management/ people leadership with capability building effective teams
* Formal training in reliability and/or maintenance management
