Description

Under limited supervision, collect and analyze quality related data from production activities using statistical techniques. Present/report findings to management. Participate and/or lead Company quality related projects from project development through implementation.
  • Assist in the development, analysis, coordination, planning and execution of Six-Sigma cost saving initiatives.
  • Participate in and be able to lead and direct special projects. Utilize Project ManagementMethodology to gather and organize data, and manage projects.
  • Gather, organize and maintain data from multiple business units. Analyze performancereports, analyze and report on key performance indicator trends. Provide reports tomanagement and assist in the preparation and presentation of project analysis, as required.
  • Work closely with multiple business units to develop and deliver cost/benefit analysis,identify areas for improvement as well as assisting with the implementation ofimprovement recommendations.
  • Update and maintain automated databases or web page environments.
  • Perform other duties as requested.


Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related area (or equivalent experience) and two (2) years experience within manufacturing or heavy industry.

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM field
  • Experience and understanding of ISO900
  • Six Sigma and/or Lean certifications
