Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
• Prepare and deliver software application training
• Review and update training materials and documentation
• Create training videos to support online based training model
• Communicate software problems and issues to software development and support teams
• Track training and support events in ServiceNow
• Change management Champion
• Train and support adoption of various Software implementations and projects
• Must be available for extensive travel

Qualifications:

• Experience with MS Dynamics AX/Daxti would be an asset
• Strong written, oral and computer skills, particularly with Microsoft
• Experience with staff development would be an asset
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Outgoing, friendly personality is crucial
• Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization and different business units
• Very strong customer service orientation
• High level of initiative and the ability to work productively with nominal supervision
