  • The Human Resources Coordinator, Global Mobility is responsible for the processing of candidates to Redpath's International projects.

    Closing: December 7, 2022

    Location: North Bay, Ontario, Canada

    Compensation: Redpath offers a comprehensive wage and benefit package.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate all aspects of new employees processing and mobilizing to international projects; duties include; preparing employment offer letters and contracts, arranging employment medicals, criminal background checks, collecting and processing immigration documents and internal forms, and coordinating all aspects relating to travel
    • Liaison between the job site, head office, and candidates for effective communication and timely follow up
    • Maintain electronic spreadsheets of employee data used for candidate mobilization status tracking and merge functions
    • Maintain employee information in HR database.
    • Process work/business visas for new employees and office personnel traveling to site
    • Collect, distribute, and file departmental incoming and outgoing correspondence in a timely and efficient manner
    • Reconcile expense reports, code and approve invoices and manage shared databases
    • Responsible for the input of confidential employment information into the HRMS
    • Answer employee related inquiries
    • Maintain confidentiality with respect to business, employee and candidate related information

    Education and Experience:
    • Post-secondary degree/diploma in Human Resources or related field
    • Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) is an asset
    • 2-3 years' experience in Human Resources or related field
    • Human Resources experience in International forum is an asset
    • Payroll experience is an asset


    Knowledge Required:
    • Knowledge of visa requirements for foreign countries
    • Knowledge of HRMS software
    • Knowledge of International Human Resources
    • Knowledge of International Employment Law/Requirements
