With the experience of maintaining more than 36,000 kilometers of road in Australia, DM Roads understands the cycle of planning, delivery and review of maintenance and improvement works. DM Roads provides ITS works, pavement rehabilitation, sealing and paving solutions to deliver end-to-end value in the management of road networks.

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Finance Administrator to join our Maddington team as a Contracting Services Officer. Reporting to the Team Lead you will provide finance and administration support to the Roads Maintenance business. You will possess sound knowledge of administrative finance systems and processes ideally gained within the construction industry.

About you:

You are a well-rounded Administrator with sound attention to detail and a demonstrable track record in supporting a busy team. You are team focused and have proficient communication skills (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills.

You will have:
  • Proficient data entry skills gained in a busy work environment with a high level of accuracy
  • Experience raising, receipting and managing purchase orders
  • The ability to coordinate multiple administration tasks/processes with tight deadlines and limited supervision
  • JDE experience (highly desirable however not essential)
  • Proficiency in dealing with suppliers from initial setup right through to resolving invoices for payment
  • Work closely with Operational teams to support their administrative queries
  • Experience processing high-volume monthly invoices/progress claims
