Position summary
Do you have experience in Corporate Travel and Expenses management? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for two Finance Administrators to join our friendly and high performing team in the Downer Business Services Centre. These are Full-Time Permanent positions and can be based anywhere across Sydney with two days per week in our North Ryde Office.

THE ROLE
The Travel and Expense team manages Employee Travel and Expense related activities for Downer Group using Concur, JDEGS and SAP to provide monthly compliance and business performance reporting. With over 45,000 employees across Downer, this is a fast paced and high-volume transactional environment.

As the Finance Administrator you will be responsible for:
  • Creating and Maintaining Travel and Expense profiles in Concur
  • Performing Audit and Compliance checks of expense reports.
  • Reconciling credit card statement against Expense Management System data
  • Preparing payment forecast and administration of weekly and monthly reports
  • Resolving issues raised through Downer's service request portal
  • Being the first point of contact for issue resolution
  • Participating in continuous improvement projects and performing any other tasks assigned by the Travel & Expense Lead.


ABOUT YOU
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Finance, Accounts Payable or Expense Management.
  • Sound knowledge of Expense Management Processes
  • Knowledge and experience working with ERP's (e.g. JDE, SAP) and Expense Management tools (Concur)
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Experience working in a corporate environment with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to resolve problems and manage customer expectations
