Position summary
The Asset Services Industrial business provides maintenance, turnaround, shutdown and sustaining capital programs for industrial operations and power generation across Australia and operate across industries including Power Generation, minerals and metals, iron ore, petrochemical and refining, bulk materials handling and processing.

POSITION SUMMARY

• Kwinana based work
• All shutdowns: 10-12-hour days
• Day Shift Roster

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role you must provide evidence of the following:

• Degree qualified in construction or engineering with a strong understanding of rotating plant Steam and/or Gas Turbine and Generators within the power station or industrial plant environment.
• An engaged leader who has experienced with project planning, execution and delivery.
• A proven track record in leading a team and building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, subcontractors and employees.
• Driven and dedicated with a desire to work in an environment that promotes a zero-harm culture.
• Superior communication capabilities, with the ability to inform, negotiate and influence at all levels.
• Previous experience within a shutdown/turnaround environment
• Australian working rights
