WHO WE ARE

With the experience of maintaining more than 36,000 kilometres of road in Australia, DM Roads understands the cycle of planning, delivery and review of maintenance and improvement works. DM Roads provides ITS works, pavement rehabilitation, sealing and paving solutions to deliver end-to-end value in the management of road networks.

We are currently looking for a Civil Trade Leading Hand to join our team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in a civil trade role and will assist in the civil aspects of the maintenance of traffic and street lighting. The role will interact with multiple stakeholders including civil crews, site contractors and maybe responsible for the training and development of apprentices.

ABOUT YOU

• MR licence is preferrable.
• Minimum 3 years' industry experience.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience leading a crew or multiple crews.
• Experience training and developing apprentices.
• Assessment and review of quality practices and reporting.
• Experience organising sub-contractors.
• A strong commitment to safety and Zero Harm.
