Applicant should:

• Have 3+ years' Experience in commercial credit collection; ability to take full ownership of a debtor's portfolio will be well regarded
• Be able to build solid professional relationships with your customers and portfolio contacts
• Be able to prioritise competing tasks with excellent time management skills
• Be passionate about process and performance improvement

This Position:

• Is a front-line debtors management role
• Requires strong rapport building with internal and external stakeholders
• Requires high standard of maintaining the Accounts Receivable ledger
• Demands accurate and effective performance reporting
• Sits within Downer's shared services function - Business Services Centre - covering the whole of Downer Group

The AR Team:

• Aims to deliver efficient and quality Accounts Receivable services for all parts of the Downer Group
• Operates as the transaction nerve centre of Downer's AR Operations
• Works towards maximising cashflow while maintaining superior relationships with Downer's customers
• Takes pride in delivering quality services along with accurate management and allocation of receivables
• Brings a wealth of experience across a range of industries specialising in Credit Management
• Receives regular coaching & mentoring session for personal and professional development
• Members actively participate in process standardisation, improvement, and documentation
• Regularly reviews KPIs and Service Level Measures with a focus on customer's expectations
