The National Field Support team provides critical services to internal and external customers in all our locations. This role will be pivotal in the coordination and validation of information, as well as conduct administerial duties for the managers and staff as requested.

Purpose of the role

In addition, the role is involved in:
- Updating of systems to reflect accurate and real time information to produce accurate reports
- Coordinate third parties (incl. internal) as part of job management
- Accurate and timely management of purchase orders
- Processing of information within financial systems are accurate and timely
- Enter all data accurately so that all internal records and reports are provided to meet business requirements.
About you:
- Strong administration/coordination background
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Proven time management skills
- Takes ownership to achieve outcomes
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high literacy and numerical standard
