As a Product Support Advisor, you will maximise operation time and product reliability by providing essential technical and maintenance support. Your key area of focus will include Hydraulic Mining Shovels Equipment (HMS).

This is a hands-on role, which requires you to carry out diagnosis, repairs, and maintenance on customer Caterpillar equipment such as CAT 6040BH & 6090FS. As a Product Support Advisor, you will also be required to undertake regular equipment inspections by adhering to safe working practices and lifesaving rules. The work will be completed in a collaborative team environment, with a strong focus on safety.

Location: 130km South-East of Perth - Boddington Goldmine - PEEL Region

Roster:

• DIDO (Drive in Drive out) - 8 days on, 6 days off, dayshift only. 12.5hr shifts inclusive of 30 mins meal break.

Essential Criteria:

• Australian-recognised Heavy-Duty Trade Certificate with post trade experience.
• Ability to deliver informative customer service in relation to Mining Shovels.
• Capability on the tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Accuracy in logging information pertaining to each job.
• Must be computer literate.
• Product knowledge and maintenance experience with Cat / Bucyrus / Terex / O&K Hydraulic Mining Shovels.
• Be well aligned and exhibit WesTrac’s SPARC values of Safety, Pride, Accountability, Respect and Customer.
